As you can tell from this blog, I am a huge fan of WineLibrary TV! About a year ago, I started to absorb as much information as possible on wine - books, magazine, forums, blogs and then I found the ULTIMATE, THUNDEROURS Gary Vay-ner-chuk and the Thunder Show on Winelibrary TV.
Gary has been able to introduce me to new wine regions, varietals and producers in a FUN and open forum.
So, if you are at all in any way into wine or are just curious, check out www.tv.winelibrary.com and give the Thunder Show a chance. You won't regret it.
Oh, and www.mottlinkitup.com is coming soon to a computer screen near you!

Vayniac Cabernet 2007
Sarah and I took a trip to CrushPad in San Francisco a few weeks ago to help out where we could in making the 2007 Vayniac Cabernet Sauvignon! It was great getting to meet everybody and getting our hands dirty (and purple!). Here are some pictures from the event:

Carneros Night Harvest 2007

My girlfriend, Sarah, and I recently took a trip to Carneros Della Notte in Carneros, CA to join Dave Harmon III and the rest of the CDN team to help harvest their pinot noir grape. It was a great experience and we brought back some pictures to share with you. If you have never had the chance to harvest some grapes, you really do need to try and give it a shot.

The World of Wine (a.k.a Grape Stuff)

The world of wine, and all things grape related, has been rapidly changing over the last decade. Although there are still many mainstays of consistency, the "new-world" has arrived on the scene with vengeance. Whatever style of wine your palate, or your wallet, prefers, this blog will serve as a reference of one man's wine opinions. I will help to track you through the ever-evolving and digitized world of wine. Ultimately, this is all about the enjoyment of the juice - it's all Grape Stuff.
